My Mission
As a former collegiate gymnast, I have a passion for helping athletes and high-level performers achieve success. Performance does not occur in a vacuum, however, and it is important for me to use my degree as a licensed mental health professional to provide the support individuals need to navigate the various life stressors that can arise and cause interference. Areas I treat include anxiety, depression, other mood-related concerns, relationship problems, and performance-related concerns. It is my commitment to support you as you navigate achieving success, whatever your goal.
